Smoking/R-ratings

Ok, this one has me a little upset. The MPAA is now saying that if smoking is glorified in the movies, it will get an R-rating.

Nobody likes smoking. We get it.

But are they going to have the same standard for, say, oh, I don't know, MURDER?

I've seen plenty of PG-13 movies which glorify shooting other people.

How about sex? Is premarital, unprotected sex going to be part of this effort as well?

Doubt it.
