Looks like we might have a little water crisis looming in six Idaho cities: Idaho Falls, American Falls, Ammon, Blackfoot, Chubbuck, and Shelley. They've been told by the Idaho Department of Water Resources that they will have to shut off their pumps for downstream users, if an agreement can't be reached.
