I'm no ATV expert, but is it time to take some real action to avoid all these injuries at the sand dunes in St. Anthony? It's become an almost weekly story... "Two injured at St. Anthony Dunes" or some variation. St. Anthony certainly doesn't want to shut down the dunes, and they shouldn't, but it really has become pretty dangerous. Any ideas?
