Mosquito Abatement District Vote

So, Bingham County residents will be voting on creating a mosquito abatement district, which will raise property taxes to fund mosquito population extermination. If I lived in Bingham County, I'd vote for it. My prediction? Passage: 72%/28%. I haven't heard much opposition against it, and with Bingham County the hardest hit county in the hardest hit state, residents don't want a repeat.
