If Idaho gets a medical school, it would most likely be located in Boise or (possibly) Pocatello. But according to this article, we're short on physicians in the Gem State that could help staff and support a medical education program.
Are we ready to move ahead with a medical school? Or, should we continue, as we have in the past, partnering with surrounding states to educate Idaho's aspiring doctors? It looks like the discussion is getting underway in earnest and over the next few months a more clear picture should take shape.
