This is a remarkable story. Tammy Manley allegedly tried to hire three guys to kill another dude who testified against Manley's friend in court.

(Now that's the mark of a true friend, one who will hire a hit man to take out your enemies.)

But she probably should have shopped around for more effective hit men. The three punks she hired didn't get the job done. (Boy, you just can't find a good hit man these days, can you? )

The victim was hospitalized and now four human scum specimens will get free room and board for years to come.
