Sixteen Year Old eluding police

Here's the description of a teenage girl driving near rexburg, from the Post Register today:

"...she turned left, driving through a ditch and across a railroad track. She then drove through a fence and onto U.S. Highway 20 headed south in a northbound lane. The girl lost control of the vehicle, which spun twice before stopping, according to the news release."

They say she was eluding police. I think maybe she's just a Jefferson County Driver.
