This Post Register story details the charges against this Idaho Falls man who's been charged with bigamy. They're talking about prison sentences, but I would think that having two sets of a ball and chain would be enough.
I'm not sure the guy needs jail time honestly. Sometimes the crime carries its own punishment with it.
