eHarmony getting sued by Lesbian

So, eHarmony is getting sued by a lesbian. Of course eHarmony is based on a model of what human traits and qualities lead to successful heterosexual marriages, but hey, don't you dare leave out the gays or a lawsuit's coming.

eHarmony says their research is based on heterosexual couples desiring to be married. This makes tremendous sense, but I think it's a little lame. I think they should just come out (bad choice of words, there) and say, "Hey, we don't want to promote homosexuality so we're not going to."
