I.F. Daycares to be Regulated

Idaho Falls daycare providers will likely have to have a license in the near future. Here's the argument:

Why is it the government's job to intervene between a parent and a babysitter?

Here's the other argument:

What do you do to protect kids when parents aren't responsible enough to scrutinize their child's daycare?
