This is a picture of Michael Wiley, who has no arms and only one leg. He's been busted for kicking a policeman, headbutting his wife, and eluding police in a car.

Now, aside from the many obvious questions here, this guy needs this one speck of praise. He's resourceful. Said one of Wiley's acquaintances: "He is one of the best drivers I've ever seen in my life. But he's the worst person I've ever met."
Wouldn't you just love to meet this guy? At a distance of course.

Sadly the brightest most intelligence people often get bored and start doing things they shouldn't. This guy could have probably been many things an engineer etc. To often we fail to inspire the brightest to be the greatest.
