Senate passes override, veto nullified

I am not a smoker and I believe smoking is very harmful.
I hope nothing but the worst for large tobacco companies.
But it's still legal.
So is private ownership of a bowling alley.
In some strange twist, the state has said these two legal activities can't co-exist.
I can't recall, in recent memory, a more utopian measure by this, the most Republican legislature in the nation.
