House passes veto override on smoking ban

OK, The house has passed an override of Governor Otter's veto of the Bowling Alley smoking ban. We'll see what the Senate does with it. Hopefully a few reasoned lawmakers will vote on the side of private property and freedom and fail to override it in the Senate.
