St. Anthony can "Go To Hell!"

I sure hope that they videotape the St. Anthony city council meetings and put it on YouTube, because anytime a mayor walks into a city council meeting, calls the council members and constituents "stupid" and says his city can "Go to Hell!" -- that's good comedy, I don't care who you are...
