Is it time to change the Peeping Tom law?

There's been a little bit of concern over Idaho's law covering Peeping Toms. Apparently it's just a misdemeanor violation if someone is caught, making it almost worth it.

I'm kidding, people.

I think they need to toughen up the law. Creepy crimes should get more attention.
