Sarah Palin

I just finished reading up on Sarah Palin's short tenure as Alaska's governor.

I've also been reading some of the media and liberal advocacy media's preliminary examination of this exciting and sudden figure in national politics. My conclusion is that they are absolutely terrified of her.

How can I tell? They are not laughing at her. They are attacking her viciously.

This, I'm convinced, was a masterful choice by John McCain. I readily admit we're in the honeymoon phase with Governor Palin, and her political stock may go down some, but given her undeniable resume of challenging corruption, lowering taxes, and implementing small-government solutions that work, I'm nearly giddy.

She is a fresh face. She has an untraditional but adequate vice-presidential resume. She has a soft presentation that conceals what appears to be an iron-clad spine.

She presents so many problems for Barack Obama on so many levels. I'm thrilled today, and grateful for a new, fresh, strong, ethical, and respectable political figure.
