On Wednesday's NLS:

Going Green
When I look around and see everyone "going green" I get the sense that it's more about fitting in than about conscientious concern for the environment. I'll make a Junior High analogy, plus I'll ask you what you think is the appropriate range for an environmental conscience. On one end of the spectrum, some die-hard enviro-wackos don't even shower or bathe. On the other end, we have corporations that could not care less about what they dump into rivers and streams. Where's the happy medium, and does "going green" fall within the acceptable range?

Idaho's roads
I've always felt like Idaho has a pretty decent road system. A national survey confirms my perception, putting Idaho at 14th nationally. What would you do to improve Idaho's roads? Plus we'll talk about the current funding shortfall, late news that gas tax revenue is down for the first time in six years, and a FlashPoll: How should we fund Idaho's road shortfall?

Cedar Creek Wind Project
The Bingham County planning and zoning commissioners said no, but the county commissioners have overturned that decision, allowing a 66-turbine wind farm to be built east of Shelley, and it's not far at all from the controversial Wolverine Canyon project. Do you think that this one will get as much opposition as the other?

Parker Mayor Recalled
So Brent Mclaughlin has been fired by the people. I don't know all the inner-office politics of this small-town saga, but I do know that if you want to be a mayor, you ought to be able to drive. And not have warrants for your arrest in another state.
