For over a decade and a half, parents in Sweden have had the ability to choose where their kids go to school, and the money follows the kids to corporate-run schools. Interesting. Did you also know that according to an article from the Save the Children Foundation that Sweden is ranked #1 in the world as the best place to be a mother?
The United States ranks 27th.
