So Tom Luna was in Idaho Falls to talk about his merit pay plan, and the 25 teachers that were there were for the most part were opposed to having more career options. I don't quite get that. But I do have a theory about this. The teachers that WOULD like to have more options probably aren't going to be too public about it, given the environment of intimidation that the IEA has fostered.
