Teton County Deputy Sheriff Joseph Gutierrez probably wishes now he never had encountered Bobby the Dog. Since he thrice shot the canine, he's been suspended with pay, and now he gets to meet Attorney General Lawrence Wasden, who's taking over the case after a tri-county investigation is recommending charges be filed.
