Ladies' nights... are they discriminatory?

Here's an interesting story about a man suing some bars because they offer a Ladies' night. He says they are discriminatory. Now, not that I care -- because I'm not into the bar scene -- but it is obvious discrimination. But, you have to remember, that the only discrimination we really despise in this country is when white males are given preferential treatment. If they had "man's night", or "white night", um, I think there'd be a problem.
