Vicious Dog Ordinance Eyed

So, we've had several stories lately, locally, of vicious dogs. In Pocatello the city council is hearing from concerned residents. It seems like the most frequent culprit is the pit bull. We all know this breed of canine has been bred to fight and be vicious. Let me be clear: I HATE pit bulls. They might be great dogs 99 per cent of the time, but they make up for it in the one per cent. If people are shown to not be able to control the dogs, they shouldn't be allowed to own them.
