Utah man tasered for refusing speeding ticket

Here's a video of a cop who, in my opinion, used excessive force on a Utah man who refused a speeding ticket. I think some cops have a horrible sense of superiority and will use their weapons because they can. The driver was not out of control, nor was he a threat.
