A Stray Pug in Idaho Falls

So this cute little dog apparently has been living on his own for the last three winters in Idaho Falls. Now, I'm sure everyone would love to take in this adorable little dog, but did it occur to anyone that maybe the dog WANTS to live like this? He clearly is a self-sufficient dog and isn't causing too much trouble, so I think maybe we ought to re-think trying to find the little pug a home. He looks like he's doing just fine on his own.
