This story is one of the big reasons we CANNOT elect Hillary Clinton. Take even more taxes on the higher income earners... Now, imagine my sarcastic voice here: Boy, we all know THAT's an effective economic policy. Reagan proved that if you raise taxes, the economy improves. Or, no, wait, maybe it's the other way around. The "clomp, clomp, clomp" sound of our march toward socialism's getting louder!
