Strangulation Case

So this guy's been accused of strangling somebody. Now, I'm not SURE this is his mugshot, but if it is he's really creepy.

Mugshots should make you look like 1) Angry (that you got caught, or that you're being falsely accused, 2) Scared (if you're a new criminal or if you're being falsely accused) or 3) Indifferent (if you're a veteran criminal). So we have Angry, Scared, or Indifferent. Before this, I don't know if I've seen a mugshot of somebody other than these three.

So, all I'm saying is that if you're accused of strangling somebody and in your mugshot you look like you're going to Lagoon, you scare me and should scare everyone else.
