Town outlawing baggy pants

A town in Louisiana is outlawing baggy pants. Now, I don't like baggy pants, but I'm not sure the government needs to get involved in baggy pants, as long as it's not an obscenity issue. [Although I did see a funny video of a some dude trying to get away after he committed a crime, and his baggy pants kept falling down.] I think, honestly, the government needs to re-think their priorities when they start legislating personal asthetics.

As an aside, does that include plumbers? Just wonderin.
