This guy's name is Ryan Knudsen and he was caught on videotape allegedly trying to steal a coin box from a local car wash. He wasn't alone, either. Michael Baker was also arrested. Now, I'm thinking perhaps he's just trying to get some money for a haircut. Could we all chip in a little to raise eleven bucks for a trip to Great Clips? Come on people.
