Tuesday NLS: Newt, Water

So, Tuesday we'll talk about Newt and his strong indication that he'll make a Presidential run for 2008. My feeling? I'll elaborate on my show, but I don't think this is the best fit for Newt for either himself or the Republicans at large. I think it will feed his ego, but I think his talents could be used in a different capacity.

Then, we'll talk about the water issue in East Idaho as a precursor to Wednesday's show. The threat has come from the Department of Water Resources to shut down hundreds of east Idaho wells to ensure senior water rights holders downstream have enough. The situation is bad, and we'll get you caught up to speed for Wednesday, when we'll interview Department Director David Tuthill.
