There must be some cosmic black magic when it comes to the two characters "1" and "J". Heather from Shelley, our caller of the day, had a great personal story of a 1J driver stalling traffic in Southern California. There are some weird things in life that we just can't explain: Crop Circles, the pyramids, and why "1J" on a license plate suddenly makes drivers incompetent.
Heather earns a Work and Glory DVD. Good thing she doesn't have to drive through Jefferson County to pick it up.
