Euthanization policy changing in St. Anthony

So for a while now, stray animals have been shot to death in St. Anthony. A local resident didn't care for that much, so he contacted PETA, who in turn lobbied the city to change their policy -- which they're doing. I'm not a PETA supporter, but there are certainly more humane ways to kill an animal than to put a bullet into their head. This is probably a good move.
