How does a guy who had genital-to-genital contact with a three-year-old, forced a 12-year-old to have sex with a dog, and raped a 13 year old with the video camera rolling, get a sentence that could have him back on the streets before next summer? I don't always understand why judges give the sentences they do, but isn't it pretty clear this guy needs to spend the rest of his pathetic life rotting in prison?

If a man walked into the emergency room with a compound fracture to his arm, and was bleeding all over the place.... a doctor wouldn't send him to a clinic to see what treatment he needed. This "judge" had all the information he needed, Cottonwood can't possibly shed any light on this case. By the way several of us have been trying to get this on the news for at least 4 months. Nef's file (with all the vile information) has been open to the public for months.
