Now france wants to be friends...

I've been thinking about this since Nicolas Sarkozy gave his conciliatory speech in Congress. I do have to say it was a nice move by the new French President, but I'm not sure I'm ready to stop making fun of the French. I've become rather attached to this behavior. I'll be their friend, as long as I can still make jokes about them.
